Essentail Tunes 2 ist eine ursprünglich von College of Piping herausgebrachte Sammlung an Stücken, die von vielen Pipern gespielt werden. Enthalten sind verschiende Märsche (2- und 4-teilig in verschiedenen Taktarten) sowie Slow Marches. Strathspeys und Reels – plus ein paar einzelne andere Stückarten.

Insgesamt enthät die Neuauflage des Piping Centres im A4-Format mit Ringbindung und Begleit-CD die folgenden 57 Stücke, die auf dem Practice Chanter von Dugald MacNeill eingespielt wurden:
